Brain chemicals affect your mood. If you have:

Low Serotonin?

  • Your ability to feel pleasure has decreased
  • You suffer from worry, anxiety or depression
  • You have trouble falling asleep or wake up frequently at night
  • You have negative thoughts, fears or phobias
  • You criticize yourself often, have low self esteem, feel negative about yourself or have thoughts of suicide often
