Bowen therapy is one of the most effective and gentle treatments for back pain, migraines, neck pain, fibromyalgia, jaw tightness, hormonal imbalance, infertility, liver toxicity, emotional issues and many other conditions.

After your Bowen treatment, it is recommended to:

  • Avoid excessive exercise or lifting for at least 3 days, depending on your injury.
  • Drink a lot of water to flush out toxins and help your muscles go through their healing movements.
  • During the day, every half hour, make sure to walk for at least 3 minutes, instead of sitting for long periods of time.
